I installed it clean out of the IronPortable64.zip, I went to a site that has a flash banner it crashes I tested in my portableapps version 圆4 it crashes too. Usually Pepperflash works only with Chrome, others need Adobe Flash., but only one can be allowed. If there is two flash players ( Adobe flash player and also Chrome Pepperflash) You must one of them disable and another set to always allowed. If then will not work, open browser and write in URL area chrome://plugins/ If it is removed, and the registry is also cleaned (it is sufficient to use CCleaner), reinstall Adobe Flash Player for non IE.
